If you’re a stamp collector, you probably have seen the thirty-seven-cent U.S. stamp with the message “Spay or Neuter” and an image of either a puppy or a kitten.
Some people jokingly refer to it as the “Bob Barker stamp,” because of the TV game show host’s longtime advocacy for spaying and neutering pets.
