Like humans, cats can be allergic to certain foods, and the allergy is usually manifested in itchy skin. It isn’t dangerous, just irritating, and as with human allergies, a certain amount of trial and error is needed to determine which
food (or which ingredient) is causing the problem. Luckily for cats, food allergies are rare among them.
